Mama Lama Kitchen is a home-based food business from Tiverton, Devon, offering authentic Malaysian family recipes passed down through generations. Our signature product is the *Karipap (Malaysian Curry Puff)* — a crispy, golden pastry filled with 6 different flavours including Chicken Classic & Potato Curry, Beef Rendang, Lamb Curry,Tuna, Chicken Carbonara and Vegetarian options. All made fresh using authentic spices, curry powder and fresh ingredients, with no artificial preservatives. We also offer our new popular dishes: - *Chicken Satay on Sticks* — marinated chicken skewers grilled fresh, served with homemade peanut sauce, ketupat (compressed rice cake), cucumber and onions. - *Crispy Vegetable & Chicken Spring Rolls* — served with sweet sour, Vietnamese sauces and Malaysian kicap dipping sauce. We pride ourselves on authentic taste, homemade quality, and friendly service. Fully registered, insured, and 5-star food hygiene rated. We currently trade at Cullompton, Tiverton and Somerset Farmers markets local food events. We would love to bring a unique taste of Malaysia to the Farmer's Market.
