These Terms of Service govern your use of the FindPopups platform operated by FindPopups Ltd. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FindPopups, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using FindPopups on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. The Platform
FindPopups is a discovery platform connecting customers with street food vendors, food trucks, artisan traders, and event organisers. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any transaction between users. Vendors and hosts are independent operators, not employees or agents of FindPopups.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@findpopups.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Vendor Accounts
Vendor accounts require approval before appearing publicly on the platform. Vendors must ensure all information (menus, schedules, locations) is accurate and up to date. FindPopups reserves the right to suspend or remove vendors who provide inaccurate information, receive consistent negative reviews, or violate these terms.
5. Host Accounts
Hosts are responsible for the events they create on the platform, including ensuring event details are accurate and that appropriate permissions or licences are held. FindPopups is not liable for any issues arising from hosted events.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: post false or misleading information; impersonate others; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform; or engage in any conduct that damages the reputation of FindPopups or its users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the FindPopups platform, including logos, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to FindPopups Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. By uploading content, you grant FindPopups a non-exclusive licence to use that content to operate the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindPopups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FindPopups in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your public listings will be removed.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
