Pricing questions

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. A free vendor profile is listed on the map and in discovery, can hold unlimited trading locations and recurring weekly schedules, up to 10 upcoming appearances, 3 gallery photos and 2 active event applications, and collects reviews and followers. There is no time limit and no card needed.
What does Pro cost?
£4.99 a month, or £34.99 a year (about 42 percent less than paying monthly). Payment is by card through Stripe and you can cancel at any time.
What is priority placement?
Within any set of results that already match what a visitor searched for, Pro vendors are shown first. That applies to the map and list on the vendors page, the home page rails, city pages, category pages and the host's application queue for an event. It never puts a Pro vendor ahead of a closer or better-matching result the visitor asked for.
What does the Featured badge do?
It marks your card and profile as a Pro listing so visitors can tell you are an active, invested trader. It is shown only while your profile is approved and live.
Do I need Pro to apply to events and markets?
No. Free vendors can have 2 active applications at a time. Pro removes the cap and puts your application at the top of its group in the host's queue.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Settings in your dashboard at any time. Pro features stay on until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your profile stays live on the free plan with everything you have added kept in place. If you have more than one business on one account you get seven days to choose which stays active.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Not at the moment. The free plan is the trial: build your profile, publish a schedule and see how discovery works before you decide.
Do event hosts pay?
